DSC Accepts American Express Cards only for International Orders. We do not accept Mastercard and Visa for International Orders. If you have an American Express Card, here are the instructions that American Express requires in order to process your credit card for purchase.

a) Once DSC has provided you with the exact amounts and you and DSC agree on pricing and shipping for your order, you must call your local American Express Bank and tell them that you are purchasing a specific model balance from the United States and you would tell them the model name and number along with the TOTAL purchase price in U.S. Dollars. You would inform American Express that you are purchasing the balance from Data Support Company (DSC). And you would instruct them to approve the amount that you and DSC have agreed upon.

b) Then, fax DSC the required American Express Card authorization form (click here) which provides the card number along with the exact billing address and the customer service telephone number on the back of the card. You must also email DSC the American Express Bank name (in your country - the bank that issued your American Express Card) along with your bank's customer service telephone number. ***Again, click here for the specific form you will need to fill out in order to use your American Express Card.

c) DSC will then call American Express in your country; they will verify your credit card info, billing address, your communications with them and your approval for the purchase. American Express will then give DSC an approval code for the EXACT amount that we have agreed on for the item(s), including shipping.

d) We can only ship to the exact billing and shipping address on the card. We CANNOT drop ship to a different address.
