Depot Service

For situations where on-site service is not required or practical, you can simply pack up your unit and send it in. DSC has custom made boxes designed to ensure a safe trip to our shop. Once your unit is at our location it will be thoroughly tested in order to determine the required repairs. However, before starting the repair, we will fax a service authorization form describing the necessary parts and labor. This way you will know the exact cost of repairs before the work is started. All depot service consists of a complete cleaning of the instrument and a number of preventive maintenance checks. 		Depot Service

Onsite Service

DSC offers onsite service for Sartorius®, Denver®, and all CEM® microwave analyzers. Our onsite technicians maintain a large inventory of spare parts, precision tools and gauges to ensure that most repair service at your site can be performed without delay.

Service Contracts

DSC offers service contracts for Sartorius® & Denver® microwaves and CEM® instruments (including older AVC-80® models). We also offer customized service contracts to meet your specific needs. Our service contracts can help you budget your maintenance dollars for the greatest payoff and minimum downtime. 		Service Contracts

Parts

DSC can supply any part for all types of moisture/solids analyzers, including microwave and infrared-type instruments. We procure parts directly from manufacturer's suppliers, and offer them to you at substantial savings. We ship worldwide, and regularly stock parts from many manufacturers. We also provide complete onsite or depot repair and installation by certified, factory-trained technicians.

Not all problems require a technician to travel to your location. Save time and money by taking advantage of our in-house technical support staff. Our knowledgeable technicians are here to help assess your problems and, in many cases, walk you through the steps necessary to fix them right over the phone.
